We spoil our guests with delicious, traditional Austrian dishes, putting special emphasis on Styrian and regional delicacies. But we also let our imagination run in order to create new dishes for a new era and a new generation of guests.
The fact that we use local produce (potatoes, trout) guarantees absolute freshness and high quality of our dishes.
To go with our dishes we recommend Austrian vintage, delicious beer or home brew hard liquor made from apricot, prune, pear or rowan berry.
Our "Stoa'n Essen" has a tradition of 30 years and it is still very popular. You prepare your own dish on a red hot lava slab. So you can enjoy meat, fish, vegetables, eggs and fruit with a variety of delicious sauces. Especially groups endulge in this type of feasting. The minimum number of participants is two. Please notify in advance!
In November we offer the tradional St. Martin's dinner. Geese and ducks are reared on the premises and roam free all year.
We offer hot dishes from 11:30 until 21:00 hours. Thursday is our closing day. On Sundays we close at 2 pm.
Starting from July 1st until 15. September 2012 warm dishes are served until 9 pm.
As a guest of our house you can choose between three menues, either at noon or in the evenig.
If our restaurant is closed, we offer to book a table for you in one of the neighbouring restaurants.
