In November, when it is time to celebrate Martinmas, we serve our guests dishes that feature goose and duck which we have raised on our own farm. As partners of the "Ennstaler Weidegans" association, we guarantee species-appropriate husbandry and thus the highest-possible quality.
As an expression of how much we value the work of our local farmers, we are also a partner business of "Autumn with the Farmers". This initiative highlights regional agricultural products, presenting them within the framework of festivals and other special events.
